To eliminate the stigma around mental health and wellness by opening up conversations about healing. We interview healing professionals and individuals around their healing journey. We’re on a quest to help you find the healing method that resonates with you, whether it's traditional therapy, a sound bath, energy work, and everything in-between!
So, what’s the deal? It’s simple: we’re all about breaking down barriers and making mental health and wellness support more accessible to everyone. Healing isn’t a one-size-fits-all thing, and that’s where we come in. We chat with healers, therapists, and wellness pros to learn how they help their clients heal and, just as importantly, how they take care of themselves. After all, even healers need a little healing, right? We also interview individuals, just like you, about their own healing journey.
